These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services available at www.ovxov.com and related pages (collectively, the "Site"), operated by www.ovxov.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Agreement and changes
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms at any time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example on the homepage). Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Site.
2. The Site and tools
The Site offers free access to informational content and browser-based or linked tools (for example utilities for developers, calculators, text and file helpers, and other categories we may add or remove). Features may change, move, or be discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular tool will remain on the Site.
Some tools run entirely in your browser; others may rely on third-party services or embedded resources. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices - we are not responsible for them.
3. Advertising and commercial content

6. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software, and compilation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal business use in line with these Terms. Trademarks and names on the Site belong to their respective owners.
You retain rights in content you provide to tools that run locally in your browser. Where a tool sends data to us only as needed to perform a feature, our Privacy Policy describes that processing. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you process and that your outputs comply with applicable law.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Outputs are for general information only and are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those jurisdictions, disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH IS TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE USE). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless www.ovxov.com and its operators, affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. We may assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence. Where permitted, you waive any right to participate in a class action.
11. General
Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy (and any additional terms we post for a specific feature) are the entire agreement regarding the Site.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
